This is a residential cum commercial development with 2 Nos. of G+34 storeyed and 1 No. of G+39 storeyed buildings including retail areas at the ground and the concourse levels. The Parking for the buildings is situated in the 2 levels of common basements being constructed by M/s Nakheel under a separate package.
