Candidate should have Bechelors Degree in Civil Engineering and a Post Graduate qualification in Law/Claims management (preferable)
Minimum 15 years of Contract administration/management experience with Main Contractors in the UAE/GCC region.
Should be proficient in assessing, handling, advising and drafting suitable responses to all contractual correspondences (Variations, EOT and Claims) and related matters with the Employer/Engineer and Subcontractors.
Adept in reviewing EoT/Claim related matters arising in Projects taking into consideration contractual and legal aspects including preparation of claim responses and narratives in support of such claims.
Skilled in identifying and mitigating risks within Main Contract Documents and other terms that do not conform to company policies.

Candidate should have Bachler’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Experience in preparing, reviewing and subcontractors technical documentation, such as project shop drawings, materials, method statements and other engineering requirements, etc.
Minimum 10-15 years of construction industry experience especially with contractors of high rise building probably in Gulf/UAE.

Candidate should have Bachler’s Degree in Civil Engineering preferably with a Post Graduate qualification and 15-20 years of experience ( out of which 10-12 years in UAE/Gulf) and 3-5 years as Planning Manager in a reputed organization.
The candidate should have experience in planning of Multi storeyed tower projects and be able to prepare Baseline Programs in primavera P6 V22 with resource and cost loading.
He should be able to prepare recovery and mitigation schedules and monitor subcontractor schedules. He should have good knowledge of Civil, MEP and all subcontract works. He should have expertise in preparation of claims for extension of time including time slice Windows Analysis/TIA.
The candidate should have proven experience to present and substantiate the claims for EOT with the Employer/Engineer/He should be able to prepare Progress curve, KPI’s, Gross valuation curve, Cash flow chart and manpower histogram.
The Candidate should have experience in contractual correspondences, good writing and communication skills.
