About Project
ABM was contracted to build 1051 Villas in Arabian Ranches in Two Phases.
There were basically 22 types of G+1 Villas covering an approximate built up area of 3,820,194 sq. ft. with the smallest villa having a built-up area of 3,099 sq. ft. and the largest villa having a built-up area of 4,822 sq. ft.
The villas were constructed using precast concrete wall panels and precast hollow core slabs and finished with high quality finishes including marble works, tiling, internal and external paint system. Each villa is surrounded by low level and high-level precast boundary wall around the plot with paved garage area, walkways and entrance areas.
The Arabian Ranches is a freehold Gated community on Emirates Road, developed by M/s. Emaar Properties and is an ideal place for a life away from the city, with a host of community facilities built around an Equestrian lifestyle and with easy commuting distances from City and Jebel Ali.
