The works provided in the Contract consists of carrying out the construction, complete works and to remedy the defects of one number of mixed use building (residential & retail) together with associated MEP, External works and Landscaping to “The Grand” on Plot No. A.004 project forming part of the project known as Dubai Creek Harbour Development in the Emirate of Dubai, in conformity with all terms, conditions and provisions contained in the Contract.
