About Project
The project involves the construction of mixed use Twin Towers in the Dubai Health Care City Development with 3 levels of podium, 44 Floors Apartment block, 35 Floors Hotel block and 4 levels of parking below grade. Built up area is 2,223,240 sq.ft
The podium includes the Ground floor along with the Hotel facilities,meeting rooms, function spaces, hotel and office lobbies and services areas.
Level 1 Houses Restaurants, retail and restaurant back of house areas
Level 2 Houses Gym, Spa, Swimming Pools and Office facilities.
Level 3 House Plant Spaces.
The Podiums are covered with glazed domes and skylights with a 16m diameter Atrium dome, 21m diameter Entrance dome and a Central sky light of 775m2. The 5 Star Hotel will be managed by M/s. Jumeirah Group.
