AL BASTI & MUKTHA LLC was awarded the turnkey construction works of Site “A” and Site “B” of the Old Town, described as follows:
The “Site A” project consists of 8 Nos. Residential Buildings varying from G+2 to G+9 storeys.
Overall Built up area – 812,993 sq.ft.
The “Site B” project consists of 14 Nos. Residential Buildings varying from G+2 to G+8 storeys, a single storey Amenities Building and a single storey Souq Building over a common basement structure.
Overall Built-up area – 1,184,852.00 sq.ft.
